Carnegie Presentation

Once again a contingent of Sutton students enjoyed the Carnegie Presentation Day (the Cup Final for books) which is the climax
of the Carnegie shadowing scheme and was held this year at Rainhill High.

Once again, we had all prepared for the event by reading and reviewing most of the six short-listed novels. Once again we all
enjoyed exploring the books’ themes through drama, art, poetry and fun. Once again, Mr Edwards correctly predicted the winner (not much of a record, second time in six years).
