Cycling Awards

Congratulations to the first 'batch' of students to complete their cycling proficiency awards.

Ben Lanchin (10MBA) Liam Ashton (10AWA) Chris Potter (10CWD) and Sam Owen (10JWE). The course assessed basic maintenance, hill climbs, descents, bike control, fitness levels, as well as negotiating roundabouts and junctions. The course also gives students a chance to leave the academy during lessons "Its good fun we also plan our own routes, like when we rode to the Dream". There are many more completing the cycling course and will receive their certification shortly.
