No end to Kiera's Talents
12.11.2010Our very own diva, Kiera Turner (9GLD) represented The Sutton Academy and St Helens at this years Merseyside Police Chiefs Challenge.
This year the event took the form of an X-Factor style talent competition with students from all across the county taking part. Performances included singers, dancers and comedians and the standard was very high. Kiera, singing the Miley Cyrus hit " The Climb" impressed the judges and she finished in third place.
Afterwards she said, " I love singing and really enjoyed the experience. To finish in the top three was amazing". School police officer PC Halliwell commented "This annual event showcases the talent the young people of Merseyside have. They were a credit to themselves, their parents and their schools."
